In 2015, the legendary singer Adele put on a wig, disguised herself, and secretly entered a BBC contest for hopeful Adele impersonators. Reassuringly, she won. Turns out quite a lot of famous people have enjoyed passing incognito for a while.
Certainly, in his time on earth, Jesus maintained a fairly low profile – except when he didn’t. One such occasion was his “transfiguration”, when a glimpse of his full divine nature was shared dramatically with a couple of select friends. That’s what we’ll be talking about this week at St Andrews.
